Summary: We had a 5 night stay in Dec25. The staff were very welcoming and warm, with a smile. The buffet breakfast was simple but nice, and there was a Chef cooking individual egg facility for omelettes, etc. The hotel buildings, layouts, terraces, beach access and 2x pools were fine physically, clean and presentable, offering sun and shade. Our room was of good size and had a great little balcony to sit out on. However, the Management need to prioritise resources to ensuring reported faults are attended to promptly, so that guests are not lacking in functional amenities (eg. in the room). We had reported 5 issues, of which none were fixed before we left. Perhaps it is our taste in music / ambience, but we found the attractive bar area swamped by the TV sports channel, only being watched by the barman! And the restaurant background music was quite lound and bassy, of a modern hip genre, not in keeping with the colourful colonial style of the buildings. We enjoyed our stay, but it could be so much better if more thought went into the audio ambience and ALL room functionality worked.
