All 3 units provide 7 brs & 6 bths, for a comfortable stay for14 and 6 dogs, and a max of 17. Seaside on Saulsbury offers sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and dunes from the living room, primary bedroom and screened porch. With a fully stocked & updated kitchen (including cleaning products, dish soaps, hand soap and paper products) with an eat-at butcher block island that seats 5 and new Quartz countertops. In-unit washer/dryer (laundry detergent and fabric softener provided), central air and original hardwood floors throughout. Our home offers character and charm with a whimsical beach themed décor. Convenience, Cleanliness and Comfort is our moto!
The building (Colonial Seas Condominiums) offers an outside shower, gas grill, outdoor sand yard to have a fire &/or play games. You have two reserved parking spaces in front of the building. The bedrooms have been redecorated, and re-configured to take advantage of the ocean views from the comfort of your bed. The unit is fresh and clean with newer beds, furniture and washer/dryer. Seaside on Saulsbury is ready and waiting for YOU to love it as we do!
