It features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The home is set up in the typical "shotgun style" commonly seen around St. Louis. You are immediately greeted with the spacious kitchen and living room inviting you to relax with some games or tv.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for your group, including stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, basic spices, etc. The kitchen island is perfect for prepping meals or for up to 4 to sit and eat, or just hang out while preparing meals.
Immediately past the kitchen, you will find the dining table set for 6. You're sure to enjoy the covered porch while grilling and spending some time with friends and family. (Charcoal not provided)
Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, WiFi, and cable streaming on the smart TVs throughout the home. For our younger guests, we provide a highchair and pack-n-play.

The renovated kitchen will delight your family chef! With stainless steel GE appliances, dramatic granite counters, and a convenient breakfast bar for 4, there's no doubt that delicious aromas will be wafting from the space in no time at all.
The corner coffee bar offers complimentary coffee and tea pods, as well as other condiments.
Upstairs are 3 large and beautifully appointed bedrooms. The primary suite offers soothing shades of green and blue with a king-size bed, dual nightstands and lamps, a ceiling fan, a TV, and a convenient seating area/bench. The ensuite bath has fashionable retro dual sinks and a tub/shower.
The second bedroom is decorated in beautiful shades of gray and fuschia, with a queen-size bed, dual nightstands and lamps, a ceiling fan, a TV, and a convenient seating area/bench.
The third bedroom is outfitted in calming blues, with a full bed, dual nightstands and lamps, a ceiling fan, a TV, and a convenient seating area/bench.
The shared hall bath offers a walk-in shower. The stacked washer and dryer are also upstairs.
For our youngest guests, we're happy to provide a pack-n-play and high-chair. Outdoors, guests will enjoy two large decks, with comfortable outdoor seating and a charcoal grill.
