It is a short walk or drive to the community beach and boat ramp, as they are approximately 1 block away. (400 yards from our property to the water's edge.)
2 sit-on kayaks and oars are provided for your enjoyment!
The master bedroom has a queen bed and a large private bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a shower, and a separate large garden tub. The additional 2 bedrooms have a full bed, and bunk beds, respectively. Bedding and pillows are provided. An additional full bathroom has a combination tub / shower. Toilet paper and hand soap is provided.
The living room has a fireplace and a pullout sofa. The dining area has a 6 person dining table for meals or games.
The kitchen has a large island, farmhouse style sink, dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. Most kitchenware is provided (utensils / cups / plates / cookware). Some pantry items are provided. Please "take 1 / leave 1" as needed.
Parking: There is a standard sized carport with 2 spaces, and plenty of open yard for parking additional vehicles or lake toys.
Additional amenities: High speed internet / Wifi, 3 televisions with streaming capability, 1 DVD player and assorted DVDs, assorted board games, outdoor propane grill (please refill or replace propane as needed), central heat and air, washer and dryer, and a pack-and-play.
Belle Starr marina is 6 minutes away. Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park (float park) is less than 15 minutes away. Robber's Cave is less than an hour away.
Dollar General and gas stations are within 5 minutes. A Walmart is 16 minutes away.
