Welcome to the Waverly Guest House. This one bedroom home has been remodeled with many upgrades. It is 600 sq. ft, air conditioned, free off street parking. Cute and cozy you have a private unattached home as your base in the Sonoran Desert. Fully enclosed back yard. Newly upgraded kitchen and bathroom, the home is pretty much new. A modern new Mitsubishi split system HVAC system keeps the space temperate any season. 42" Smart TV. Brand new king bed with king pillows, new 800 count cotton linens and new quilt. Walk in closet.
We just finished installing two new custom exterior doors with mini blinds sandwiched in the glass window. All new electrical, outlets and ceiling lights. All windows are dual pane for comfort and additional quiet. Three of the windows are brand new. Bathroom hosts contemporary 12 x 24 tile in the shower tub with new vanity and toilet. There is a new couch which features a recliner at each end. Everyone at the guest house will benefit from Culligan soft water treatment. Our notorius hard water is softened at all fixtures.
There is a nice large dining area off the kitchen.
The recently remodeled kitchen features lovely white cabinetry, electric stove, microwave and stainless steel sink. We have completely outfitted the kitchen with everything you need to feel at home. New Cuisinart drip coffee blender, coffee grinder, blender, toaster, sharp knife set and everything from pizza cutter to collander. We have Pyrex storage containers, new dinnerware, silverware and complete pots and pans set.
We are dog owners and welcome pets to the Guest House. A maximum of two dogs. No aggressive breeds or noisy, loud dogs that would disturb the peace of the neighborhood. There is a dog fee. We have a 750 sq ft fully enclosed and secure patio area that is shaded by a lovely, very large tree year around. New tropical hard wood furniture for your comfort out back. Also out back is a stacking washer / dryer with a handy utility sink.
Our very central location in the heart of Tucson is in a historic neighborhood that is close to UA Banner hospital and about a mile from the UA campus. You will enjoy the off street parking.
