A lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day whether it is work or play. Head out and wander through the nearby wilderness park or make reservations for a sunset dinner at Kings Harbor.
This perfectly cozy 2 story home has 4 bedrooms/3.5 baths. The first floor has a large chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including gas stove, double door fridge, and oven.
The master bedroom is private on the first floor with a king bed and the bathroom boasts a double vanity, large frameless walk-in shower and Jacuzzi.
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms with queen beds and a game room area with a huge comfy couch. All upstairs guests can use the full bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower.
All bedrooms come with memory foam mattress to make sure you get the best sleep possible. All bedding, linen, and towels, are washed and treated between guests.
Bathroom is stocked with the fluffiest 100% cotton white bath, hand, face towels, and a variety of amenities. Incase you forgot, we also provide hair dryers as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
House rules:
➝Guest who created reservation needs to provide government issued ID prior to check-in and must be present through out the ENTIRE reservation.
➝Maximum vehicles=4 (this include street parking and driveway)
Please message me your license plate number, make, & model.
➝ Place trash/trashcan outside before 8PM so it can be picked up.
➝Please make sure the home is kept clean and tidy before checking out.
➝NO SMOKING. $500 Penalty fee and immediately evicted.
➝NO PETS $500 Penalty Fee and immediately evicted.
➝Linen & towels are provided to accommodate the number of guests in the reservation upon booking.
➝NO PARTIES. Quiet Hours 10PM-8AM. Home is located in a noise restricted neighborhood and the neighbor WILL call the police. Fine will be passed over tho the guest. Guests will be immediately evicted from property.
➝ Cleaning fee is used for cleaning staff. NOT for damages to the home or furniture.
➝TOTAL NUMBER OF GUESTS MUST BE ENTERED IN YOUR BOOKING.
After 7 guests a $25 FEE PER GUEST PER NIGHT will be assed. If more guests are on property; this will result in a penalty of +$500 and guests will be immediately evicted.
➝Check Out: Is NO LATER THAN 10AM
50% of Night Rate will be charged for late checkouts until 3PM
100% of Night Rate will be charged for checkouts after 6PM

Laundry room is available upon prior approval.
For stays 15 days or longer, we require cleaning every other week at a convenient time for you and guests.
