Summary: It's a great location with probably the best views on NY Harbor. When it got a bit breezy during the night the noise kept us up. Not sure if you can do anything about it. We loved the fire pit. Breakfast was quite nice, although dinner at 3 Peaks was a bit disappointing. Al the staff were great.
