Two bedrooms each with a private bath on a quiet street in a Great Location!! 3 Miles to Lake Murray, walk to Publix and walk to restaurants. 9' Ceilings down Vaulted Ceilings upstairs, Granite countertops in kitchen, with breakfast bar and eat-in area, Tile floor in Bathrooms, 2nd Bedroom feels like a second Master Suite with it's own private bath and walk-in closet. Bright and spacious floor plan. Clean and Comfortable beds. Washer, Dryer and iron board. Wifi and 43" 4k Smart Tv.

Located in between Irmo, Lexington, and Chapin areas easy to access any of the above in a short drive. Safe area well maintained front yards by HOA.
front door dead bolt can be a Little finicky, make sure door is pulled tight when locking.
There are black washcloth available for removing makeup.
trash pickup is Thursday early a.m. please make the trash and recycling are set out the night before or before 7 a.m.
