The Space:
The first floor consists of a two car garage with storage space. While the first room upon entrance will be what we call the “the boom boom” room. The fun room in other words, consist of tv, arcade, fun furniture and sleeper sofa. Also has an outdoor terrace with lush turf and a full shower/toilet.
The elevator or stairs takes you to the second floor which is the living area, kitchen, balcony and dining area with the largest half bath you’ve ever seen. The it’s floor consists of the master and guest bedroom and also the washer and dryer. The roof top terrace is the next and last level, with stunning houston views and attic space.

The Neighborhood:
West university and Montrose area. Central part of the city with everything happening around it, but also quiet to chill.
