Located on the north side of Green Bay, just 18 minutes from Lambeau Field, we are the home base you're seeking for the NFL Draft festivities. Ample space for everyone to gather together comfortably, and spacious enough to ensure everyone can find a quiet spot as needed. A fully-stocked kitchen, landscaped garden and large yard, and outdoor entertaining area make this the perfect spot for your group to gather.
The sizable kitchen is fully-stocked with extra appliances like food processor, blender, juicer, pressure cooker, slow cookers, KitchenAid, and more. Home chefs will find everything they need and more to make meals. The drink station has all the tools to make your morning cup perfect. The island seats 5 comfortably, and the dining table seats 4. Additional seating is available in the sunroom.
The sunroom is the gem of the space, looking out onto the vast gardens and yard. Songbirds and other wildlife frequent the bird feeders.
The outdoor patio is great for entertaining. A propane grill is available for your use, and a charming patio table and chairs are set out (weather depending) to enjoy the peaceful space.
The living room is thoughtfully laid out and furnished with comfy, inviting seating. Bust out some of our board games, put in a DVD from our movie library, or watch the NFL Draft news on TV from the comfort of the couches.
The office and workout space are perfect for a little "hustle and grind", whether you're sneaking some work in, or want to get in a quick workout. The roads around the house are not frequently traveled, making them safe for walks and runs. Much of the land around the estate is protected lands, so you'll feel like you're nestled in a magical forest along the bay (just a five minute walk away!).
Each guest room is carefully curated with comfort and rest in mind. Each bed has a foam mattress topper, all the windows have room darkening curtains, and there's ample space to store your personal items and still move around the spaces freely.
Please note, the nursery can be transformed into an adult space with a full-sized bed we can set up complimentary. Also, a leak-free full-sized air mattress can be set up in the master suite to accommodate a total of four guests in that space.
Located just five minutes off the highway, the Estate at Bayside is close to some of Green Bay's best restaurants, breweries, and things to do. A full guide will be shared with our guests upon booking!
