Casita Blanca is a cozy one-bedroom house that sits on the back portion of a large piece of property in central Tucson. It is gated, private and safe. There is a hot tub and pool next door on the owner's property that is also private and just a short walk through the property's gate to reach. I have tried to make this house a home with flowering desert plants and cacti outside, a nice open patio area with a fire pit, and secure covered parking off the street. There is everything you need in the kitchen, a gas stove, a propane BBQ out back, and washing machine/dryer for your convenience (detergent provided). Everything was updated or purchased new last year. It's a beautiful quiet space in the middle of Tucson.
