The Tuller Primary Suite is the largest and most luxurious bedroom in Casa Urbana with it's high ceilings, exposed brick walls and urban loft feel. The suite includes one king-size bed, queen sleeper sofa, fireplace, large walk-in closet, wet bar, television, large en-suite bathroom with heated floors and walk-in shower which includes four shower heads (one rain fall shower head). The master suite is secluded at the end of the hall with direct access to the sauna.
With all room reservations, shared use of the 2nd floor gourmet kitchen, sauna, roof-top terrace, living room and billiard room included.
Street parking is free on weekends and after 4pm weekdays. The adjacent SkyGarden Parking Garage is only steps away and provides overnight parking at $12/day.
The guest rooms are on the second floor of the building. Please note that there is no elevator access.
We do have additional spaces for rent that are available for large gatherings and events. We encourage you to inquire if you have any questions. Guests planning events during their stay such as birthday parties, graduation events, etc. that will involve persons not included in those staying overnight are required to inquire about event.
Due to the public and private events being hosted on the property and for safety and security of all guests, security cameras are mounted in high traffic, common/public access areas of the building, including the entry door, alleys outside of building, bar area, kitchen, ballroom, hallways, etc. We encourage you to inquire if you have any questions.
Guest access
Upon check-in, guests will receive access code to enter the building, a key for each room and the wifi password. Free on-street parking is available on weekends. The Sky Garden Parking Garage is located next to The Ohio Building. Overnight parking is available for a very affordable $10 rate.
