THE SPACE
Casa De Plata is entirely yours to enjoy, catering for up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Please note: this is a single-level home however, there are 4-5 stairs leading to the front door.
The open plan living, and dining area is perfect for relaxing or gathering with friends and family. The adjoining kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, and the front screened-in patio is a great space to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening meal.
Set up for the business traveler or student, there's a separate workspace complete with a desk and a chair.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house.
- NOT FOR GUEST USE: The seating in the backyard is not for guests to use for dining or any other purposes. Please dine in the front porch area or inside your rented unit.
- Guests have access to the driveway and front yard. There are two other units on the property. There is a downstairs unit accessible from the lower driveway. The back studio is located through a wooden gate or through the back door and down the white stairs.
- There is NO access to the studio's roof behind the house. The roof is not designed to be an outdoor space for guests. Guests violating this rule will incur a $500 fee and be responsible for any damage that occurs.

This area is centrally located within Albuquerque and it is one of the most convenient neighborhoods in the city.
Nearby Nob Hill is a vibrant area with unique shopping, swanky dining, and chic nightspots. Its Route 66 architecture and neon signs make Nob Hill a place that locals frequent and visitors love. La Casa Plata puts you front and center to all Nob Hill has to offer.
