Summary: Our room was not ready when we arrived at 2:50. Was informed it would not be ready for another 30-45 minutes. Did NOT want to wait, had to ask for a different room. Ask for a room near the elevator. Had continued problems with the door lock, which was annoying. The room was quiet. The beds were comfortable as long as I didn’t sleep on the side near the end table. That side sank down into the middle of the bed. The bathroom and room itself was clean. The kitchen area was nice, but there was no dish rag or hand towel to wash the few dishes that were dirty. Had to run the dishwasher. The main concern for cleanliness was that the flooring in the room entry and kitchen area was absolutely FILTHY! I took a clean wash rag and wiped along the floor. The rag was disgustingly dirty. When we left, I presented the rag to the associate at the front desk, suggesting that she let her manager know, just how filthy the floor was.
