Butternut Hilltop Camp with a View | Cabin in Unadilla

Located on a quiet, beautiful country road in Unadilla, NY sits our Hilltop Camp with an incredible view that lets you see for miles. We are a few short minutes from the Majors Inn, the Gilbertsville Farmhouse, and Far View Farms and also conveniently located to Oneonta and Cooperstown Dreams Park. Copes Corner Park is 3 miles away on the Butternut Creek where you can fish or launch a kayak or canoe. The Unadilla Drive-In, breweries, snowmobile trails, and places to hike are also nearby.

The camp sits on almost 6 acres with a small pond and firepit, giving guests room to explore and relax. The main bedroom has a vaulted knotty pine ceiling, hardwood floors, and is furnished with dressers and a queen size bed. Off the main bedroom is a deck with furniture - a great place to sit and eat while enjoying the view. There is also a loft in the bedroom, but this is not currently accessible for guest use. In the living room is a pull out sofa with a queen bed. There is also a twin air mattress available if needed. There is a washer and dryer in the bathroom.

The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy meals without having to leave including a refrigerator, stove, pots/pans, a coffee pot, toaster oven, and microwave. Sheets, towels, and extra blankets are also provided. The camp does not have cable TV, but there is a Roku to watch movies and shows in both the bedroom and living room. The camp has Wifi and cell service.

Outside, there is plenty of room for parking and a grill available for use.

A/C is provided in the summer months and in the winter the camp is kept very cozy with a propane fireplace that can be supplemented with electric heat.

For winter guests, 4-wheel drive vehicles are strongly encouraged.
