Summary: Hotel staff were awesome and accommodating. Extremely helpful and friendly, this was the best! The room was spacious and looked very nice. And the distance to Universal Studios for the budget was great. The downside… we saw 3 roaches. I am hoping and going to chalk it up as this may be due to the current renovation. I understand the area is older. Hopefully some pest control and sealing off the newly installed tile and bare boards can help the issue. I’d absolutely give the hotel another shot if this issue was addressed.
