The beautifully restored 1920’s Craftsman farmhouse maintains its charm and history with the original hardwood floors, woodwork and casement windows, yet features luxurious upgrades and modern appliances. This home is ideally situated in the heart of Big Bear Lake, just minutes to all-season recreation and entertainment, including Big Bear Lake Pine Knot Marina (.8 miles), 2 world class ski resorts (Snow Summit 1.3 miles; Bear Mountain 3 miles), the Village Shops & Restaurants (.8 miles), and so much more.
The Main Level:
The main living room offers ample comfortable lounge seating on plush leather furniture fixed before the wood-burning fireplace and flat-screen Smart TV with cable. Through the formal dining room, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen, featuring high-end stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse kitchen sink, and ample cooking supplies. You can enjoy family meals together at either the formal dining table, which can seat 10, or the more casual 6-person kitchen table.
