Staircase leading to the downstairs laundry area is accessed through the kitchen.

The neighborhood is very walkable and White Park (lots of hiking trails), Jack Roberts Park, and the Morgantown Ice Arena are a very close, walkable distance. The Wharf district with walking trail and restaurants are just adjacent to First Ward and are less than a 5 min drive. Downtown restaurants, shops, WVU campus, and the hospitals (Ruby Memorial and Mon Health) are also a close drive (5-10 minutes).
