Layout:
The first level is comprised of the kitchen, dining room, sunroom/living room, two queen bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bathroom, and a king bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Each of these bathrooms have a walk in shower. The second level is comprised of a landing and study area that has a twin day bed, and a king bedroom with a tub/shower combo en suite. A beautiful large deck with seating is located off of the main living area.

Parking is available in the front of the home.

Located in quaint Berry Hill, you’ll be across from a park, close to multiple recording studios and centrally located with easy access to downtown and all interstates. While you’re here, check out the Yellow Porch Restaurant, that’s right around the corner!
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Rental Policy:
