A $25 fee will be charged per dog waste left on the property. Guests are liable for any pet-related damages, injuries, and excess cleaning fees.
Interior smoking is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking inside will incur a fine of $1500 for cleaning and deodorizing.
Excessive house cleaning required will be billed at $125/hr. Any furniture restoration needed will incur a fee of $125 per piece.
Guests are responsible for locking all doors and windows when leaving the property. For your own safety, it is recommended that the front door and back doors be locked when not in use.
