Great backyard with built-in bbq, fire pit, fireplace and views of Camelback Mountain. A true Chef`s kitchen with subzero/wolf appliances - 2 dishwashers & 2 islands w/12 bar stools and a dinning area. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a Jack/Jill bathroom. Arcadialuxuryrentals. We have two other homes for large/multi family bookings . One listing is one block North with 4 bedroom an pool available for combined 9 bedrooms 8 bath for large groups!!! We also have a Brand new build - listing is a mile north with 4 bedrooms 4.5 baths - both with heated pools!
Fee to heat the pool is $50.00 per night and must give Owner notice in advance to have pool ready upon arrival. Please advise when booked if you want the pool heated for your stay!
Please advise if you need the pool fence put up prior to arrival - Also if crib needed please advise so it can be set up prior to arrival as well.
You will have access to the entire house - two car garage and fenced back yard!

Close to Downtown - Camelback Mountain Hiking! 5 minutes drive to Old Town Scottsdale - Locations is the best!!!
