Fun area of DC. In Washington’s U Street corridor, you’ll find tons of history—from Civil War to jazz legends—with lots of shopping, dining, and nightlife. Close Metro (subway) access or quick Uber/Lyft/Taxi to all the DC has to offer. A brand new Whole Foods is steps away!

Please note that DC has a city wide rat problem. During summer months, they will be out and about minding their own business on the streets throughout DC. We are doing our best to control them since our local government’s response has been lacking.
This is our primary home. We've locked some rooms, doors, and drawers to secure our personal belongings, but the rest of the house is yours to enjoy!

• Guests within a 50-mile radius of DC must message us before booking.
• No parties, pre-games, or events. Visitors are limited to one to two close friends or family members.
• Quiet hours are in effect from 10PM to 8AM every day.
• Loud speakers are not allowed for playing loud music at any time.
• Shoes are not permitted inside the house.
• No smoking allowed, with a violation fee of $300 per night.
• Additional overnight guests beyond the reservation will incur a fee of $30 per person per night.
• Unauthorized late checkouts past 11:00 AM will incur a fee of $100 per extra hour to cover the cost of cleaning.
• Any mess left behind that requires a deep cleaning will result in a fee of $200 to cover the cost of cleaning.
