Hello from San Antonio! Located San Antonio's Midtown, my 600 sqft space is just a short drive away to the city's most popular spots. Close to restaurants, cafes, museums, and hangout spots, yet not too close that noises will disturb your rest.
There is one queen size bed in the bedroom and a futon in the living room. Guests have access to a kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The kitchen is also equipped with pots, pans, and also cooking and eating utensils.
The space is half of a duplex but rest assured, each unit has a different entrance, outdoor space (a small backyard) and parking spot. The space is private and is not shared with others.
The City of San Antonio is doing an upgrade to the drainage system of the city. There might be some construction activities but most major work will not be right in front of my place. Guests can now park in the driveway (covered parking) or right in front of the house. Parking is always free.
For security purposes there is a Ring doorbell camera at the front door.
