Wind Mark Community is a well-planned community & offers all the amenities of a family-oriented beach community, including a resort-style pool (heated October through April 2026 ), fitness center (day passes additional), nature trail over 2 miles for running, biking, and walking, and boardwalks. The space
Perfect for a beach getaway with family and friends, this property features 4 bedrooms with sleeping accommodations that include 3 king beds, 2 sets of bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa. You will have access to all the amenities you need for a perfect vacation, including a fully stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and a complete supply of linens, utensils, and a starter supply of amenities. The community pool offers heated water, ensuring a pleasant swim even during cooler months. Heating is available until March 2025.
House boasts an open floor plan with comfortable living area, cozy dining space, and kitchen with granite counter tops. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all your needs for your home away from home to either serve a hearty breakfast or prepare a home cooked family meal for those nights when you don't feel like eating out. If you are not in the mood to cook indoors, you can always BBQ on the grill outside. (Propane tank refills are guest responsibility).

Absolutely no tampons or anything else other than toilet paper and human waste in the toilets.
