It has three balconies that overlook the lake and the magnificent backyard which includes a stunning heated pool, spa, fire pit and playground for the kids.

The house sits on a set of natural springs that have been dredged into small lakes that house all sorts of wildlife most notably ducks and turtles. The backyard itself has a playground and the house had many seating areas that have the feel of completely separate spaces and experiences. Inside has a transitional decor that is very calming.
