Upon entering the home you'll find a spacious living room with a modern dining table which seats 6-8 guests , a sectional couch, a large led color changing fireplace, and a massive 86 inch smart TV perfect for a movie night or sporting event. For a little indoor entertainment, take a swing on its indoor 10 foot putting course with an automatic ball return. Be Sure to check in and take photos with the artificial grass wall and 19th Hole multi-colored neon light . Each of the 4 bedrooms has been tastefully embellished, and has its own smart tv, ceiling fan, memory foam mattresses, luxury style linens, and charging stations . Two of the bedrooms are located on the back portion of the house and each room has its own exterior door. Enjoy a mid morning snack or cup of coffee on the breakfast table, or prepare a home cooked dinner in the kitchen which comes equipped with all dinnerware, silverware, and necessary cooking gadgets. The home also features an onsite washer, and dryer for your convenience. Enjoy a relaxing day outside under the shaded beautiful oak trees, start up the gas grill, or get a little practice on your personal 19th Hole golf course, all with gorgeous views of the scenic Riverside golf course. The home has dual gate entrances for ample parking. When you're ready to explore San Antonio, start by taking a bike ride on the Famed Mission bike trails only a minute away. This bike or hike trail connects all 5 historical missions running along the San Antonio river. There are multiple bike stations for rent in the neighborhood, all within walking distance. The closest mission is Mission Concepcion-established in 1731 and is only half a mile away. It’s known for being the oldest unrestored stone church in America and still in operation today. Across the way, you can swim or have a nature walk at the neighborhood Concepcion Park, which has an entrance to the riverwalk and the beautiful trails running along it. Visit the astounding 6000 square foot concrete pavilion at Confluence Park along the trail, offering yoga classes as well as other activities . Also nearby is the popular Southtown, Lone star, Blue Star, and King William districts only about 5 minutes away offering an array of bars, nightlife and restaurants such as La Tuna, the Friendly spot, Rosarios, Taco Haven, and Mcintyres amongst several others. Downtown San Antonio and all of its major attractions are only about a 10 minute drive including locations such as the Henry B Gonzalez Convention center, the Tower of Americas, the Historic Market Square, La Villita, River Center Mall, and the popular multi story Smoke Sky Bar.
