THE LIVING AREA
Living room features 55-inch flat screen TV that you can watch from super snug couches and soft throws. The TV has streaming services via smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+. Board games are available.
THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA
All appliances from a modern kitchen you’d expect are here-including gas stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. Explore the cabinets and drawers to find essentials like coffee, cooking oil, spices, eggs, creamer & butter. There is service for six with dishes, glassware, wine glasses, coffee mugs and utensils.
Additional appliances include an instant pot, air fryer, crock pot, toaster oven, rice cooker, food processor, blender, k-cup coffee machine, French press & loose tea pot.
Dining table and chairs have a seating capacity for 6 persons. A high chair and booster as well as some bowls/cups/utensils are available upon request. For the furry babies we have food and water bowls.
THE BEDROOMS
Sink into a comfortable bed after a long day-each bedroom is outfitted for maximum comfort with duvets & black-out curtains. The primary has a queen size bed with a 50 inch TV and the secondary room has a full size bed with a memory foam topper for a restful night. The Upstairs bedroom is spacious with a full size bed and has a 55 inch TV. Soft bathrobes, Luggage racks, hangers and iron board w/ iron & steamer available!
The primary has a dedicated workstation—perfect for remote work.
THE BATHROOM
The bathroom has a spacious shower with complimentary conditioner, shampoo, and body wash, as well as a hair dryer.
LAUNDRY AREA
The laundry is in the basement and is accessible using the staircase next to the kitchen. There is a washer and dryer as well as complimentary laundry detergent, and dryer sheets.
Guest access
This house is entirely PRIVATE for our guests. You will have access to the first and second floor as well as the laundry room located in basement. You will have access to driveway parking.
