Come enjoy our first floor air conditioned well maintained three bedroom apartment in Ocean City, NJ The Summer of 2022 will be our 36th rental season. Many families return yearly due to the enjoyable experience and affordability.
Our house located at 1529 West Ave. in Ocean City, NJ is three short blocks from the beach and boardwalk. We are only renting 3 weeks on the first floor this summer as our family will be using it the rest of the time. . Two weeks have been rented. Only the week of July 30th to August 6th is available. We also have a second floor apartment available for any week this summer. (Please see property #3906952) Please check our references/feedback for that unit.

Summary: Landlord/owners were extremely helpful from the beginning. This was our first time in OCNJ and Tom helped answer many questions I had and was always eager to help. We had an issue with the dryer and Tom worked to get a repair person out ASAP and made sure it was fixed. The owners reached out to make sure the problem was resolved. They truly wanted to make sure we had a great experience and we did. Thank you for opening up your home.
