Our panoramic ocean view is enjoyed from nearly every room. Watch the waves crash from the bathroom window while you brush your teeth! Smell the salt water when you take in a deep breath of ocean air from our relaxing patio. Each evening, watch the lights dance on the water as the sun disappears beyond the horizon....
This is the Penthouse unit within a small, quaint condominium complex. Furnished in a beach-cottage theme, our large floor plan with white high beam ceilings makes every room spacious and relaxing. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The master has a king-sized bed and plenty of space. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. The complex is immaculately maintained and the swimming pool is crystal clear and ready for you to jump in!
Enjoy leisurely walks to the Del Mar Bluffs (1 block) & Beach. Take a short stroll to the Village of Del Mar, which is known for all its fine shopping and dining. Jump into your car and take I-5 to any of the following attractions: The San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Disneyland, Lego Land, Safari Park, etc. The famous Del Mar Fairgrounds Grounds and Horse Track are less than two miles away.
Please note, this condo complex has a 60-night min length of stay. Utilities are $100/month.
We ask for quiet hours from 9pm to 9am. This home does not allow more than 4 people on-site at any given time, including visitors. No parties or gatherings please. There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. This home does not have AC. No street parking.
Tenant agrees to sign a California Lease within 72 hours of booking.
Tenant agrees to allow the owner to show the condo to future interested parties with 24-hour notice.
Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
• Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
• Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.
